Commodore 64 Files:
Dedit 64
Dedit is a program for sorting directories on the Commodore 64. It's strength lies in its ability to work with just about any drive on the market, in particular the CMD HD, FD, RamLink, RamDrive, 1541, 1571, 1581, etc. I believe the program had a limit of 500 entries that it could handle.

Super Dedit 64
Super Dedit 64 has the same main features as Dedit, but it allows a person to sort thousands of entries by using a REL file (I always found this best run by putting the REL file on a RamLink).

Partition Info 64
Partition Info 64 allowed a person with a CMD HD, FD, RamLink, RamDrive to print out the starting block, type, etc of partitions available on these devices. You could also print in 80 columns to a printer.

Sub-Zer0 64
Sub-Zer0 64 was a program that would work with just about any drive, including the CMD HD, FD, RamLink, RamDrive, 1541, etc. What the program did was read out the BAM and then blank any sector that was not allocated - great for wiping sectors clean when using ZipCode. Please note, that a program like this should never be used on a disk that has hidden files (e.g.. Lode Runner hid the levels in this fashion).

Thanks to Steven Craik and Hernan Vergara for sending me their copies of the 64 and 128 Sub-Zer0 files, it is greatly appreciated!! |
| If anyone has any newer versions than what I have listed here, please E-MAIL them to me and I will add them to the list. I am also interested in any documentation that someone may have, as I will include that as well if someone will send it to me. |
