One of the more beaten Fetisov jerseys you will see. When was this exactly used? Well, its tough to figure out exactly, but on the Devils LOA its says the 1991 and 1992 preseason. But the jersey itself suggests it was used earlier, likely in the 1989 and 1990 preseason also. The red-red-blue CCM logo on the hem would make it easy to imagine this was the case as they stopped using this CCM on the hem in the late 80's. And it is commonly known the Devils recycled these pre-season jerseys from year to year. Despite being a preseason jersey, this one exhibits tremendous wear, that includes unrepaired cuts and holes, repairs, stick and puck marks through out.

What sets this apart from the regular season jerseys, is the front crest in screened, along with the sleeve and back numbers. The name "FETISOV" in on an Ultrafil nameplate, but the two toned name consists of both twill and vynyl, with the red being twill pressed onto the green vynyl.

Also the tagging is a bit odd, sizing this as a "L" for large, but the jersey is obviously not a replica weight and consists of everything a regular pro jersey would have at this time.
None the less, an awesome jersey of the best defenseman in hockey through the 1980's.
