- To staff, fund and
maintain a local television station broadcasting video signals to the residents
of Neepawa and area, and to provide those signals to the local cable
company.
- To train youth and adults
in the Neepawa area in the skills necessary for design, production and
broadcast of television programming.
- To promote ongoing
education within the community and to provide community information to
the residents of the Neepawa area.
