Q. Street needs work (70 Elmdale) – get him a timeline when it will be completed. Has been asking for 5 years. Plus holes need to be filled in in front of his driveway. (Sept 06)

A. Response from Operations: Will check in the spring and get back with a timeline.

Q. Big trucks on 34th street are destroying the road (south of Richmond). (Oct 06)

A. Response from Development Services: The trucking companies that are using this road are responsible for any damage to it. It will be looked at and if damage is found they will have to get it fixed.

Operations has gone out in the spring to fix some of the bigger problems.

I will follow up in the spring to see what shape the road is in.
