A. Response from Operations: We have taken a proactive approach to prepare for the potential closing of the diamonds at the stadium. At this time we have been adding fill to the site south of Westbran Stadium with hopes to re-locate two of the softball diamonds to this area, which in turn would allow for a second senior diamond to be constructed in the area where the softball diamonds are currently located. There is no specific timeline for completion of this project as funds have been limited at this time. We will be scheduling a meeting with the groups in the near future to develop specific plans for future development of this site. We will be encouraging the groups to participate with the financial needs for this project. (Oct 07)

Q . Linden Lanes playground needs some work done on it.

Response from Operations: This will not see any significant upgrades until 2010 when the Hub is scheduled at this location. (Oct 07)

A. Talked to Scott Smith about this. Was promised a call from someone on his staff - about how to apply for lottery money. (Sept 06)

I will follow up with the new minister to see if we can get access to lottery money.
