Q.
Prairie and Durum (south entrance) – The street has sunk and
accumulates water (blocks sidewalk) – also needs to be cleared
more often when snows, people get stuck. (Sept 06)
A. Response from Operations: This will be looked at in the spring.
Prairie
is scheduled to be reconstructed in 2007. I will make sure that
this section is brought to the attention of administration before
proceeding with construction.

October 1st. (Oct 07)
Q
. I have a concern re visibility at the existing circle on
34th. Sooner or later, there will be an accident at this circle as drivers cannot see clearly see if anyone is
already in the circle before entering the circle. Hedges must be cut if they are close to an intersection so
that drivers can see other traffic before entering the intersection. Traffic circles should be no different.
A. I have sent this to operations to get a
response.
Response from Operations: We have inspected this and based on the flow of
traffic there is no obstruction from these shrubs. (Oct 07)

Response from Operations: This has been completed. (Oct 07)

Why did 26th and Park, Willowdale and Ashgrove and 13th and Park get repaved?
A.
Response from Development Services: These locations are being resurfaced under warantee with Zenith Paving. There
was premature ware of the surface thus requiring the remediation work. There were several areas throughout
the city where this was required. (Sep 07)

A. Response from Development Services: Done.

A

Q.
It appears as though some people on Fife are not noticing the no
parking signs. Was wondering if additional signs could be put up
to make it more obvious to residents and guests. (Oct 06)
A.
Talked to traffic – no to putting up additional signs. (Oct
