Deja Vu Du brought together four veteran musicians with varied backgrounds and a wide range of experience. Their personnel spanned two generations and included a father-son team. Their music also spanned two generations and included classics from each of the past four decades. To be included in their repertoire a song must pass a simple test; they must enjoy playing it and it should be instantly recognisable to the audience. Both rock classics and contemporary hits fit naturally into their show.

 

Vaughn Thorsteinson - Guitar, Bass, Vocals, and Harmonica.

Vaughn has played in a variety of country, rock and folk groups. In the sixties he played with Canadian teen idol Bobby Curtola. Recently he has played with The Electric Squid and The Lucre Brothers.

Adrian Kuryliw - Bass, Harmonica, Woodwinds.

Adrian is a multi-instrumentalist with interests in jazz and blues. His experience includes The Lucre Brothers and Buffalo Jump.

Ken Storie - Guitar, Bass & Vocals. Ken got his start in the late sixties playing with Blind Justice, Clown and the Eighth Street Bridge in the thriving Brandon and district Teen Dance scene. More recently he was a founding member of local rock group Billy.

Geoff Storie - Drums & Vocals.

Geoff brings a young man's perspective to the group. He too, however, has gained a wide range of experience. His background includes such diverse activities as High School choir and playing for local Van Halen cover band Whalen.
