In January of 1992 Ken and Dave left the band. Randy Smith joined on guitar. Terry Stouffer was recruited on drums Critics claimed that the new lineup was better looking. That may be, but change also encourages growth, and Connexion definitely kept developing as a band.

Jan 31, Feb 1 - Neepawa Bar Terry and Randy's first time with Connexion. Feb 7 & 8 - Boissevain Bar Feb 21 & 22 - Glenboro Hotel Feb 28 & 29 - Swan River Bar The old bus burned 4 litres of oil on the way home. That was it's last trip. April 24 & 25 - J.J. Shooters - Minnedosa Randy's new talk box did not work as well as expected. First trip with the new bus. Jun 11 - Brandon Fair Mark's elaborate light system blew down during the first set. November 20 & 21 - Swan River Bar December 26 - Shoal Lake Boxing Day Social Randy brought plaid pants which were worn by someone different each set. This is definitely "someone different". Where are we? Seattle or Shoal Lake? Whatever!

1993  Early in 1993 the band put together their second demo tape. The recording was done at Del Clark's studio in Brandon and includes 5 songs, 3 of which are originals. The band prepared a variety of originals for future recording projects.
