Twenty-nine-year-old Nick lives in New York City and journeys to Hoboken, New Jersey every Sunday to have dinner with both sets of grandparents. The credo of this Italian-American family is "family, faith, and food", with the emphasis on family and food. When he announces that he has been offered a job in Seattle, the grandparents immediately start plotting to keep him in New York, with hilarious results.
This play is both comical and touching, one of those plays where we recognize ourselves and the little crises that make up our lives. Suitable for all ages.
