We also take pride in our service's multi-species  focus.  Located in South Western Manitoba, Canada, Cat Eye Outfitter offers guided angling adventures for most sport-fish species in lakes, rivers, reservoirs throughout Southern Manitoba and North Western Ontario Canada.   Coming up to one of Canada's great northern lodges with  a connecting  flight in Winnipeg -or- just coming up to fish one of your favorite Manitoban lakes?  Well, why not book an extra day and fish one of North America's best  Channel Catfish fisheries, the Red River of the north. This is the locale that has Channel Catfish that are unparalleled elsewhere in North America. Channel Catfish of the Red River are tenacious and they really like to fight.   If you are in the area and you want to do some great Channel Catfish fishing, we'll pick  you up or  meet  you,  provide you with all the  necessary gear, put you on some great Manitoba Channel Catfish, and if required we'll return you to your lodging before evening's end. Well, your chances of catching a Walleye ("greenbacks" as locals call them) of a lifetime are better than good on the Red and Winnipeg rivers! How big are these Walleye? Well to turn a head on either the Red or Winnipeg river a Walleye under ten pounds won't garner a whole lot of attention!Walleye in the mid teens are caught every year.  These monstrous Manitoba Walleye come down from the sprawling waters of lake Winnipeg to inhabit these rivers in the fall. Locals call these fish "Greenbacks"  because of an irridescent green colour un-matched elsewhere in the Walleye  world.  Most significant to the visiting angler is that these are "North American class" Walleye available in excellent numbers.....Manitoba Greenbacks..... magical. Come on out and see how you do tangling with a Manitoba monster Walleye!                      Our goal is to fit a range of Manitoba Walleye (Greenbacks) and Manitoba Channel Catfish experiences to meet your individual needs. If you have a special interest, or need, please feel free to ask and we will do our best to make your trip the best it can be.  We have preferred rates for lodging at some local hotel/motels in the region. Accommodations can be arranged to suit your individual needs. Camping (rustic or fully serviced) is also available throughout the province.
