This Higgs family is originally from Cornwall England. The original family members were  Percival John Higgs and Amy his wife.  They came to Canada in 1943 and settled in Ottawa Canada.  Most of the information that I have about the family comes from a book that my grandfather gave me back in 1982 when I was doing a family tree assignment in school.  Using the Internet and other resources I have found other relatives and people that new my Grandfather, Percival, and his family in the past.
