I have strong academic and technical background, 
including my M.Sc and Ph.D (Agronomy) agriculture. In addition to these qualifications, I offer:

• More than three years’ experience of teaching and training to field staff and producers in areas of crop production, management and provide them leading edge information through working with specialists.

• Experience in herbicide and fungicide efficacy, trait evaluation and pesticide screening, in cereals, oilseeds and special crops at South Western Manitoba.

•  Coordinated research, extension, and producers by exchanging information.

• Strong technical knowledge of crop production and other aspects of various crops including cereals, oilseeds and pulses. 

• Outstanding desire for learning and dedication to make contributions to Manitoba Agriculture and Food through agricultural industry development.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, personal interaction and ability to work in a team.

Research Associate (Efficacy) - Canada

Duties included:

· Variety screening to evaluate resistant to diseases, (Blackleg and sclerotinia in canola, powdery mildew in peas, ascochyta and anthracnose in lentils).

· Agronomic aspect of crops including fertilizer and micro nutrient management studies.

· Conducted herbicide and fungicide efficacy work in various crops, which includes Canola, flax, sunflower, peas, soybeans, cereals and lentils etc.

· Accuracy in spraying, weeds control and plant disease ratings and research data collection.

· Excellent skill of operating small plot research equipments, i.e.; tractor, seed planter and small plot combine.

· Sprayer calibration, and use of manual, motorized bicycle and backpack sprayers.

· Micro propagation of potatoes and laboratory / green house projects.

· Field plots designing, data analysis and report writing.

· Planned and directed extension publications (pamphlets flyers and leaflets) for local farming groups regarding farm production and their socio-economic development.
